BHOME was founded by Jose Portillo, a civil engineer and real estate developer with over 20 years of experience delivering residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Since 2002, Jose has led the development of more than 5,000 homes and the urbanization of over 9 million square feet, overseeing projects valued at over USD $80 million.
His background combines engineering expertise, business leadership, and hands-on construction management, allowing BHOME to execute projects with strong cost control, clear timelines, and consistent quality.
Today, Jose leads BHOME’s operations in Metro Vancouver, working closely with clients, consultants, and trades to deliver well-built residential projects with transparency, accountability, and long-term value
